Zero Percentile is Semi-Hardcore PvE focused guild of friendly WoW enthusiasts who are dedicated to fulfillment of end game raids. Our core is made up of players who have been together since tbc. Many of us have enjoyed success in top end PvE raiding and are looking to bring some of that back into our guild! We want to promote of friendly and mature guild environment. We will not kick people for a mistake, instead we want to look for ways to analyze the situation and see where improvements can be made. In that regard, the ability to take criticism is important to us, both in the people we recruit and within the guild leadership too. Your time is important to us, so we never want to make it feel wasted. We are looking for players who are able to maintain a high attendance rating with the capacity to pull top quartile performance (pulling 75% or higher on average).

Raid Schedule Tues/Wed 8:00 – 12:00 PM EST Plans for optional weekend alt raids as well

Any exceptional player will be considered regardless of role!

Loot Distribution Loot Council – Transparency and fairness are important, so we will be using a website to keep track of everyone’s upgrades and the loot they prioritize the most. Primary factors for loot decisions will be performance, attendance, bis for class, and time since last upgrade.

• Communicate with us. Criticism and ideas are welcome

• Reasonably high attendance, 90% or higher

• Come to raid prepared: this includes things like consumes, proper talents, etc.
