A Brief(ish) History of Colorful Metaphor

Colorful Metaphor was formed in January of 2007, shortly after The Burning Crusade launched. The guild itself started raiding late into BC, as many of us were playing our first MMORPG. By the time WotLK launched, we were fully a progressive raiding guild. We began on Malfurion and stayed there through Warlords of Draenor. Shortly after Legion came out, we transferred the guild to Area 52. By the time BFA came out, the guild fizzled out. That is, until WoW Classic!

Our philosophy is this: we want to have fun, while progressing through all of the content. Period. That's it! If you are looking to do the same, than you have come to the right place. We are not striving to be server first; we are not striving to clear all content as quick as possible with a speed run, but we are striving to clear all content pre-nerf, and reassess our team in order to do so along the way.
