Looking to join a strong, dedicated, and supportive guild? Here’s what you need to know before applying!

Two Unique Raid Schedules:

• Team A: Wednesday (2000-0000 ST)
• Team B: Thursday (2000-0000 ST)

Attendance: We expect 99% attendance. We rely on you being there consistently to keep the team strong and progressing.

Raid Preparation:

Before raids, we expect you to:

• Read the raid assignment and strategy posts.
• Sim your gear to make sure you're ready.
• Review your previous fight logs to know where you can improve.
• Come prepared with all necessary consumables.
• Be on time – readiness is key to efficient raiding.

Raid Mentality:

• Positive Attitude: We value a positive and constructive atmosphere during raids.
• Communication: Be solution-oriented and engage in discussions. We thrive on effective communication and teamwork.
• Listen: Pay attention during explanations and instructions. Being focused helps the whole team.

Outside of Raids:

We’re looking for players who:

• Engage and Dedicate: Help make the guild thrive. Whether it’s solving problems or helping out, it’s a team effort.
• Take Initiative: Be proactive, ask questions, and take responsibility. Our success comes from everyone contributing equally.
• Community: This isn’t a one-man guild! We grow stronger together, so involvement is key.

Discord is Our Main Tool:

• Sign-ups: Always sign up for events promptly. If you're unsure, sign up as tentative, but never ghost the team.
• Stay Connected: We use Discord for strategy discussions and communication, so being active there is essential.

PvE Strategy and Updates:

• Stay Updated: Whenever a new strategy or PvE post is shared by the leadership, we expect you to check it out and be ready. Being prepared helps us take on challenges more effectively.
