About Caustic - Thundercats | Semi-Hardcore | Loot Council |

Thundercats is one of the newer teams for Caustic. Many of the players have been in the guild for awhile or have been raiding in general since TBC. The teams atmosphere is pretty laid back and a little bit on the chaotic side at times but we buckle down when there's work to be done. While we are a bit on the laid back side we still expect our raiders to hold each other to a high standard and look to improve each week. We aren't aiming to be the best but we are still aiming to do better each week, whether that be in parsing, speed running, or working on achievements. Raiders are expected to be prepared with the necessary consumes and have proper raiding professions. Most importantly, we don't have time for people to act like assholes.

Current Accomplishments

Phase 3

• 50/50 completes

Phase 2

• 54/54
• 9/9 HMs + Alg + Yogg0 complete in a single night
• Glory Achievements complete

Phase 1

• 17/17+3D (all done in a single night, 2 hours)
• Immortal and Glory Achievements done.
• 1 Hour 7min Naxx speed clear.

Raiding Expectations

- 90% raid attendance, with clear communication if you will be late or absent

- Full Consumes, Gems, Enchants

- Have a solid understanding of boss mechanics. 

- DISCORD IS REQUIRED 

- Have a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticism! 

- Required Addons for Raid: **DBM, WeakAuras, Threat Meter, Plater, RCLC**

Raid Times and Loot

Raid Days + Times

Because all content is on Farm we only raid 1 day of the week.

Once a second day for Progression is required this will be the new schedule.

Loot System

Our current loot system is **Loot Council with RCLC**. We use these additional tools in order to keep track of what players have received what gear. We use multiple factors in order to determine where gear goes. You can see those factors below:

• Player Performance
• Player Attendance
• Attitude in and out of raid
• How impactful a particular piece is for a player
• Previous Loot obtained
• Longevity of the the upgrade

For a Core Raid spot:

• Frost DK
• Warlock
• Shadow Priest

Exceptional players of all classes are always welcomed to apply and we are always searching for Bench and Rotational players.
